Fundraiser instructions
1. Have the customer choose what they would like to order.
2. Fill out the customers information on the numbered line. This should include their first and last name, their address if needed, and their phone number.
3. Take a payment from the costumer. This should be cash, check, or online. Make sure to write down how the costumer paid you next to their order.
4. Ask the customer if they would like to donate to the program.
